1 Day Rwanda Gorilla Safari Itinerary:
Our Rwanda safari guide of Focus East Africa Tours will pick you from your airport or hotel of stay as early as 4am. He will debrief you about the safari, and thereafter proceed on a transfer to Ruhengeri. Upon your arrival at the park headquarters of Volcanoes National Park Rwanda, you shall join in for a briefing about gorilla trekking in Volcanoes, whilst enjoying a cultural dance by the locals.
You shall thereafter be placed into groups of 8 and then allocated a Rwanda gorilla family to trek, along with your park rangers and guides. It is at this point that you can hire porter(s) for that pull or push during the gorilla trekking experience.
Embark on a search of your allocated Rwanda gorilla family, all the while enjoying wildlife viewing including birds and authentic information about the park and gorillas in Rwanda. Enjoying gorilla trekking in the light mountain forest among the Virungas massif area parks, and then spend up to 1 hour with them. Thereafter, trek back and connect with your guide for a late but hot lunch!
Thereafter, you shall embark on a transfer back to Kigali, arriving in the early evening hours. You shall be dropped off at your hotel of stay in Kigali, or airport which brings your 1 Day Rwanda Gorilla Safari to an end.
