Sable Mountain lodge is a mid -rang accommodation found on Beho Hills on the North western boundary of selous game reserve Tanzania Region. The lodge is situated outside the park just 27km from the center of the park and 12 km from Matembwe gate .The lodge is convenient and in a perfect base for safari adventure to travellers and tourists who want to explore Nyerere national park. Since the park is far from arusha it can take a full day drive, it is perfect for flights when one is from arusha taking approximately 2-3 hours flight from Arusha town to Dar-el-salam then also an hour flight to selous game reserve and 6 hours drive from Dar-el-salam.
Sabla mountain lodge consists of 11 spacious and comfortable en-suite tents of which 6 rooms are stone cottages and 5 tented rooms including the honey moon suites on raised deck overlooking the great views reflecting local building style with stones and thatched roofs with comfort.
Tents are well decorated, elevated on a raised wooden platform and furnished with en-suite facilities of Clean flushing toilet, bathroom with hot and cold running sowers solar energy available, beds wrapped with mosquito nets, slippers , free toiletries, white duvets, coffee making facilities complementary bottled water to mention but a few . Tents have terraces and large sitting area you relax while overlooking the spectacular view over the park and surrounding areas. Tents are equipped with excellent clean and washed beddings with queen and king sized poster beds. Tents vary in different sizes with single beds for individuals, double bed/ twins for sharing and family tent for group. The camp has cracking fireplaces where guests can relax and share stories and experience of the safari r not only that it also provides warmth to the guests during cold days.

Two RESTAURANTS that serve different meals both continental and local cuisine that meets guest’s appetite. They serve English breakfast, picnic lunch under the shades of acacia trees in the middle of the park and diners served by Friendly, welcoming and organized staff with skilled chef. You can have meals in any place of your choice either in the bush or at the camp overlooking the beautiful views of the park . They serve bush dinners overlooking the stars in the sky and morning breakfast enjoying the morning sunrises.

Selous game reserve is africa’s largest and oldest game reserve situated in the protected areas in South Eastern Part of Tanzania Region along the safari circuit. The park was designed by UNESCO world heritage site in 1982 due to its wildlife diversity and nature.
It is well known as Nyerere national park covering a total area of 50,000 km squared perfect for travellers exclusive and wildlife safari experience and best destination for birdlife. The best time to visit seleous game reserve is during the dry season from June to October when game clusters around the waterhole. The park harbors largest concentration of elephants of 110,000 , 40,000 Hippos , 25,000 Impalas, 35,000 zebras, 4,000 lions over 150,000 buffaloes and other wildlife species that includes; cheetahs, Giraffes, hunting dogs, black rhinos and many more and over 440 species of birds like; lagoons, sandbanks , grey breasted spur fowl, Kori bustard, secretary birds and many more which enables more tourists to visit the park and stay for along time. its 83$ to enter the park.
