Day 1: Pick up and drive to Arusha
On the first day of your 8 Days Tanzania Safari, your guide will pick you up from Kilimanjaro international airport and welcome you for your safari. You will also have a short briefing and you will continue your drive to your hotel in Arusha where you will check in for dinner and to spend the night. Depending on your time of arrival, you can enjoy a cultural experience in Arusha.

Day 2: Drive to Tarangire National Park
After having an early breakfast at your hotel and checking out of your hotel in Arusha, your guide will drive you to Tarangire national park which is known for large herds of elephants and also numerous bird species.
On the second day of your safari, you will have lunch after checking in at your lodge and having your lunch. Later in the day, you will also engage in an evening game drive in Tarangire national park and look out for different wildlife species such as elephants, buffalos, antelopes, zebras, lions, leopards among others. After the game drive you will proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Full day in Tarangire National Park, walking safari experience
Breakfast will be served at your lodge, which you shall enjoy leisurely. Proceed to the park, and enjoy yet another game drive to see various animals yet again, like large herds of elephants. You will also enjoy seeing baobab trees during your safari. This national park is also home to over 600 bird species. You will enjoy your picnic lunch, leisurely.
You will also engage in a late afternoon guided walking safari and explore Tarangire national park following animal tracks of species such as elephants, buffalos, waterbucks, antelopes, elands, impalas, giraffes and many others. Come up close with animals, an experience you shall enjoy. After your guided walking safari, your guide will drive you back to your lodge where you will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 4: Drive to Ngorongoro Crater
Your breakfast will be served at your lodge ahead of your drive to Ngorongoro conservation area. You will enjoy a safari in Ngorongoro crater where you will visit the world’s largest in active caldera which is also home to numerous wildlife species such as such as the big 5 as well as wildebeests, zebras, hippos, cheetahs, antelopes, elands, impalas, gazelles, waterbucks, hartebeests among others.
During the safari, you will also descend about 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater. You will enjoy seeing attractions like Lake Magadi where you will see flamingos along the shores of the lake as well as hippos. After this experience, you will have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Drive to Lake Manyara National Park
After having breakfast at your lodge, your guide will drive you to Lake Manyara national park which is home to the tree climbing lions and also elephants and other wildlife species. You will have a stop in Mto wa Mbu town where you will visit craft shops and also interact with the locals on your way to the national park. On arrival in the national park, you will check in at your lodge in the national park and have your lunch.
You will also engage in a game drive and explore Lake Manyara national park, and enjoy seeing the diverse scenery of the national park. You will also look out for different wildlife species around the national park such as antelopes, gazelles, buffalos, leopards, waterbucks, monkeys, baboons among others as well as different bird species.
