Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park, Ziwa Rhino Trekking, Top of the Falls
Your Uganda safari guide shall pick you from the airport or hotel of stay in Entebbe / Kampala and brief you about the safari. Thereafter, proceed on a transfer to Murchison Falls National Park with an en-route stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking on foot! Have a lunch stop over, and proceed on a transfer to Murchison Falls National Park arriving in the late afternoon hours, enjoying amazing views of the Murchison Falls which you start hearing a couple of meters away. Proceed to your lodge of stay, check in and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Pakuba Safari Lodge.
Day 2: Early Morning game Drive in Murchison Falls National Park, Boat Cruise
On this 2nd day of your 7 Days Best of Uganda Safari tour, you shall enjoy an early morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park looking out for various wildlife in Murchison Falls National Park. Look out for different animals in Murchison Falls National park Uganda including lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes and so many others.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and relax the rest of the morning at the lodge. After lunch, head out for a boat safari in River Nile leading you to the bottom of the Murchison Falls, watching them thunder with so much force! Look out for animals at the shore having a drink or dip like elephants and buffaloes, as well as a number of aquatic wildlife like crocodiles, hippos and a number of birds. The boat ride is about 2-3 hours. Thereafter, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge as above.
Day 3: Transfer to Kibale National Park, Tea Plantation Tour
Drive Time: 7-8 hours.
Wake up to an early breakfast at the lodge and thereafter proceed on a transfer to Kibale National Park known as the primate capital of the world hosting over 10 primate species! You shall make a lunch stop over en-route and then proceed to the park.
In the evening, you shall have a tea plantation tour for a chance to watch how the tea is grown, collected till when you can have it in your cup. Pictures taken in tea plantations are quite beautiful, be sure to have your guide help you capture some really nice shots!
Proceed to your lodge, check in and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Isunga Lodge / Chimpanzee Forest GuestHouse.
Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale National Park, Bigodi Swamp Walk
On the 4th day of your 7 Days Best of Uganda Safari tour, wake up to an early breakfast at the lodge on this 4th day of your 7 Days Best of Uganda Safari tour. Proceed to the briefing point for a debrief about chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park. Be allocated into groups and proceed to hike through the park in search for the chimpanzees, which you would hear first before even seeing them due to their active and noisy nature. Spend up to 1 hour with them and thereafter return to the lodge for a hot lunch.
Later in the evening, head out for a Bigodi Swamp walk for an opportunity to enjoy amazing bird views and nature. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay as above.
Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Drive Time: 5-7 Hours
After breakfast at the lodge, with your packed lunch proceed for a transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National park which is about 6-8 hours, through some of the amazing views of the Kigezi highlands and communities! Upon your arrival in the park, proceed to the lodge, check in and relax as you anticipate for the big day tomorrow, to see the amazing gorillas! Dinner and an overnight stay Buhoma Haven Lodge.
Day 6: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Head out for a briefing at the park headquarters after your breakfast at the lodge, and enjoy a cultural performance as well by the local women of the community. After being placed in groups of 8 and allocated a gorilla family, you shall embark on trekking through the impenetrable rainforest in the company of park rangers and guides in search for the gorillas. Meet them and spend up to 1 hour with this gentle giants! Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park can take about 3-6 hours or more depending on the location of the gorilla family and terrain.
Return to the starting point to meet your guide and thereafter proceed to the lodge for a late lunch. Relax the rest of the afternoon at the lodge. Dinner and an overnight stay as above.

Day 7: Departure
Drive Time: 8-9 hours
Wake up to a hot sumptuous breakfast at the lodge, check out and thereafter proceed on a transfer back to Kampala/Entebbe with an en-route lunch stop over and Equator water experiment. You shall be dropped off at the airport in time for your flight, or hotel in Entebbe or Kampala, bringing your safari to an end.
