Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Visit the Maasai Tribe
You will be picked up from the airport or hotel in Arusha by your Tanzania guide who will welcome you and brief you about your safari. After briefing, you will proceed to drive to the Maasai community. Get to spend the day with the indigenous Maasai tribe, learning about their culture and way of life. Do various activities with them like collecting water, and get to camp within their community with a night filled with folklore from the Maasai tribe. Camp with the Maasai people.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Drive Time: 4 Hours
You will have breakfast at your lodge, and embark on your journey to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will have lunch before descending into the crater to search for wildlife species such as elephants, giraffes, antelopes, cheetahs, waterbucks, lions, leopards, zebras, hippos, hyenas, warthogs among others and later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Drive to Serengeti National Park

Day 4: Full day in Serengeti National Park
You will wake up for an early breakfast at your lodge ahead of a morning and afternoon game drive. You will engage in a morning game drive around Serengeti national park and look out for wildlife species like the big 5 such as elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos and rhinos as well as wildebeests, zebras, hippos, cheetahs, antelopes, giraffes, impalas, waterbucks among others.
After your morning game drive, you will have lunch and later engage in an afternoon game drive around the national park in search of more wildlife species. After your full day of wildlife viewing, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay as the day before.

Day 6: Full day Masai Mara National Reserve, Hot Air Balloon Ride
Wake up to a cup of coffee or tea, and transfer to the launching area of the hot air balloon. Get to watch as the service men prepare the hot air balloon, with a cup of coffee or tea in hand. Proceed to embark on a 1 hour long hot air balloon ride, watching the Masai Mara Plains from above. Enjoy a magical sunrise, and see animals roaming the Mara area. A hot air balloon ride over the Masai Mara is one of the best ways to watch the Great wildebeest Migration.
Enjoy a champagne bush breakfast thereafter, and then proceed for a full day of exploring the Masai Mara savannah plains in search of elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, buffalos, antelopes, impalas, zebras, giraffes, hippos, waterbucks, wildebeests, cheetahs among others.

During your game drives, you will search for wildlife species such as elephants, lions, zebra, giraffe, hippos, antelopes among others. After your morning game drive, you will have a lunch break as you enjoy the beauty of nature around the national park.

Day 10: Fly to Entebbe Uganda, Drive to Kibale National Park
After breakfast and checking out of your hotel in Nairobi, drive to the airport in Nairobi for your flight to Entebbe International Airport. Your guide in Uganda will pick you up upon arrival in Entebbe and you will welcome you to the Pearl of Africa, Uganda.
Proceed for a transfer to Kibale National Park the home of chimpanzees, various primates like vervet monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys, and L’Hoest’s monkeys, among so many others. Kibale National Park is also a great habitat for birds. Once in the park, check in at the lodge, relax as you look to enjoy a sumptuous breakfast at the lodge.

Day 11: Chimpanzee Tracking
Wake up to breakfast at the lodge, and then head out for a chimpanzee tracking adventure in Kibale National Park. Day 12: Transfer to Bwindi National Park

Day 13: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa (Pygmy) community tour
After breakfast at your lodge in Bwindi national park, you will proceed for your gorilla trekking activity in the impenetrable forest which is home to the gorillas. You will spend about 1 hour with the gorillas after trekking through the forest in search of the gorillas. You will also enjoy taking photos of the gorillas and you will later return to the briefing point where you will meet your guide and be driven back to your lodge.
You will have an optional community tour to interact with the Batwa community and get to know about their ways of life and their cultures. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
